@DaBizness13 At least 3 times a week and at least 30 minutes each time. More is better. Variety is good. Running/jogging is really good.

@marcolikespotatoes at a guess i’d say you’re not leaning back and are sitting too upright – also you’re maybe pulling with your arms instead of just stabalising yourself
lol this idiot absolutely dont know how to train. . this bullshit is more 4 higher abs i mean under the breasts,but training lower abs is absolutely different i cant believe. . . if i dont kno how to do sumthin i dont post the video of it! sry for my english

Going for long runs and working out is not as efficient as doing intense running, so sprinting and working out regularly gets rid of more fat than longer, less intense runs. Just a bit of advice
I’ve been a certified trainer for about 11 years now so I figured I’d give some advice.

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low “GI” carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform high intensity interval training.
