How to do a proper lunge exercise


Hello everyone! In this video I am demonstrating how to do a proper lunge. When doing a lunge exercise it is important for you knee not to go past your big toe to avoid future knee injuries. Lunge exercises tone your thighs which include the quadriceps (front muscles) and hamstrings (back muscles) and your glutes (butt) which we all want nice and firm! To kick up the workout, simply hold some dumbells in your hands. Happy training!

This is the reason why so many guys do bicep curls but don’t see alot of results. There biceps aren’t doing alot of the work because there form isn’t correct. An awesome technique is to use drop sets to work your biceps beyond failure and really stimulate them to grow and get bigger. Biceps curls are a great biceps exercise, especially when you do them like this. Add this to your biceps workouts, and you’ll see your arms grow fast.
